                               RESOLUTION NO. 20083
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                   INC. RELATIVE TO THE NPDES PERMIT AND
                   MODIFICATION OF THE COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW
                   FACILITIES PLAN FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   TWELVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($12,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
       relative to technical assistance on the negotiations of the new
       NPDES Permit and to develop data for the possible modification of 

       the Combined Sewer Overflow Facilities plan for a consideration 
of
       $12,000.00.
